This release note covers all changes in the Paycircle v14.11.0 to v14.14.0 updates.
Payslips
We made a grammatical tweak to the PDF and printable online payslips. The Pay field now shows as Salary to ensure all payslips reflect the same wording regardless of format type.
Registration and security update
We introduced some additional security steps to the admin set-up process. Now when an admin is invited to register for their Paycircle portal, the registration link is time limited. This remains active for 24 hours before expiry.
We also introduced an additional layer of security which means all admins now need to enter a verification code when activating their login. This activation code can be supplied during set-up to the invitee from the inviter and will need to be provided manually to the new admin to finalise the setup.
