Unable to turn on direct connection to pension

The Connect directly to pension provider option is greyed out.

If the Connect directly to pension provider option is not available for your company, this is because you haven't entered a scheme reference number. Follow the steps below.

  1. Click Pensions from the left-hand navigation, then click the relevant pension scheme.

  2. Click Settings tab then, under Pension Settings, click Edit.

  3. Enter the scheme reference number.

  4. Click Save.
