What's changing?
β οΈ Important: This change is only applicable for our customers who currently raise their cases via the customer support portal.
Starting December 1st, you'll access support directly within Paycircle through our Access Digital Assistant.
The Support Portal will be retired for raising cases on this date; however, you will still be able to view any raised cases you have. Just log in as normal and you will be able to view all historical cases still, even if raised via the Access Digital Assistant once they are closed.
You will be able to view any currently open cases via the Access Digital Assistant in product, just open your Assistant and select messages to continue liaising with your support team.
