  • Instant assistance: Looking to perform common tasks in your software? We've designed your Digital Assistant to ensure you can get instant answers to our most frequently asked questions.

  • Convenient access: Access knowledge base articles directly from your software, saving you time when looking for the answers you need.

  • 24/7 availability: Your Digital Assistant is available around the clock, helping you to get answers day or night.

  • Online cases: If you need more help and have access to raise support cases, you can now convert your Digital Assistant conversation into cases, so you can raise a case with the team without leaving Paycircle.


Use the Access Digital Assistant

To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Access Digital Assistant icon in Paycircle.

  2. Select Ask a question and type your question.

  3. Review the answer provided.

If you need further support after you've spoken to the Access Digital Assistant, don't worry! Simply ask Speak to an agent, and you'll be transferred to a member of the support team.


Invoices and billing

For further information on obtaining invoices and account statements, making remittances or understanding the account reconciliation process, you will need to use our Finance hub.

  1. Click on this link to our Finance hub.

  2. Click the message bubble in the bottom-right.

  3. Select the option most suited to your query.

  4. Type your question in the chat box.
