Paycircle is moving into Access Evo

What changes will happen when Paycircle moves into Access Evo.

Paycircle is moving from being accessed via the Access Evo button into a native tab within Access Evo. Instead of clicking a button and being redirected to a separate browser tab, Paycircle will sit directly inside the Access Evo shell, right alongside your other Access products.

What you'll notice

Paycircle appears as a tab in Evo

When you log into Evo, Paycircle is available as a native tab. Click it, and you're straight into Paycircle — no redirect, no separate window.

The Evo top bar replaces the old navigation

The Evo header takes over from the old Paycircle header, giving you a consistent navigation experience across your Access products.

The Evo button is no longer needed

Previously, you clicked the Evo button to get to Evo. Now Paycircle is in Evo, so that redirect step goes away.

What doesn't change

  • All your Paycircle features, payroll processing, reporting, and employee management continue to work exactly as before.

  • Your data will be completely unaffected.

  • Your permissions and access levels will not change.

  • Your payroll runs will remain the same process, just in a new wrapper.

  • Your existing bookmarks and direct links to Paycircle pages are carried through automatically when you launch via Access Evo.

What's better

  • One place for everything; Paycircle and your other Access products live in the same Evo experience, with consistent navigation between them.

  • No more redirects; moving between Paycircle and another Access product is just a tab click away.

Good to know

We're continuing to refine the native tab experience.
