β οΈ Important: This feature is only available to our direct customers and therefore eligible for Access Evo
If you're a Group Administrator managing multiple companies or pay frequencies in Paycircle, you've been missing out on Access Evo's benefits like the Access Button and seamless navigation between Access products.
The Access Evo Challenge
While your individual companies might already have Access Evo benefits (like the Access Button to navigate between Paycircle, PeopleHR, and other Access products), Group Administrators have been locked out of these benefits because groups couldn't connect to Access Evo organisations.
Why This Matters
Access Evo provides the Access Button for seamless navigation between Paycircle, PeopleHR, Finance, and other Access products. It also offers advanced features like AI-powered insights, unified notifications, and centralised user management.
However, because groups couldn't be linked to Access Evo organisations, Group Administrators haven't been able to access these benefits - even when the individual companies they manage already have Access Evo enabled.
Groups that meet the eligibility criteria can be linked to Access Evo organisations, giving Group Administrators the same Access Button and enhanced features that company administrators already enjoy.
Before vs after
Before | After |
Group Administrators miss out on Access Evo benefits | Group Administrators get the Access Button and all Evo features |
Individual companies have Access Evo but the group admin doesn't | Unified experience - manage groups and access other Access products |
Navigate between companies within Paycircle only | Navigate between companies and between Access products seamlessly |
Enablement
You must check the requirements below.
β Your Group Is Ready If:
All companies in your group use the same Access customer code (billing arrangement).
All companies are already connected to Access Evo Platform.
You have a Paycircle Group Administrator.
β Not Ready Yet If:
Your companies have different Access customer codes.
Some companies aren't connected to Access systems.
You have mixed billing arrangements across companies.
You have contacted us prior to linking, confirming you do not want all Paycircle users under one Access Evo Organisation.
Note: We will contact you in advance before any of your companies are linked to Access Evo.
Understand the billing code requirement
Access Evo organisations are created based on how Access bills your companies. Each organisation corresponds to a specific customer code (billing arrangement).
All companies in a Paycircle Group must share the same Access customer code to be linked to the same Access Evo organisation.
If eligible: You get the Access Button, can navigate between Access products, and manage all group users from Access Evo.
If not eligible: You continue using Paycircle Groups exactly as before, but Paycircle Group Admins won't get Access Evo integration benefits.
Note: If you're not sure about your billing setup, contact our support team - they can check this for you.
Note: If your group isn't ready yet, but is eligible it can still be enabled into Access Evo with future companies under the same customer code (billing arrangements) added after. If your group is not eligible, don't worry - you can continue using Paycircle exactly as you do now. When your billing is aligned, you can enable these features later.

Potential issues and limitations
Company addition failures
When attempting to add companies to an Evo-enabled group, the system validates billing compatibility. Companies that fail validation will trigger error messages:
"Missing a customer code" - The company hasn't been assigned an Access customer code and cannot be linked to any Access Evo organisation until this is resolved.
"Customer code doesn't match the customer code for this group" - The company belongs to a different Access billing arrangement and cannot join this group's Access Evo organisation.
Permanent organisation linking
Once a group connects to an Access Evo organisation, this relationship becomes permanent and irreversible. The system enforces this through:
Locked Configuration Interface - Groups that are already linked display: "Group Organisation Selection Unavailable - This group is already linked to the Access Evo organisation '[Organisation Name]'. This cannot be edited."
Pre-Linking Confirmation Requirement - Before saving, users must actively confirm: "I confirm this is the correct Access Evo organisation" to prevent accidental linking.
User Account Migration Dependencies
Group Administrators undergo a migration process when first accessing Evo-linked groups.
Migration Journey - Your login credentials remain identical, but you'll complete a one-time migration flow to establish the connection between your Paycircle group admin account and Access Evo.
Account Linking Requirements - Users with multiple Paycircle admin accounts must consolidate these under a single Access Identity before group migration to prevent duplicate records in Access Evo.
Partial Group Eligibility Scenarios
Groups with mixed billing arrangements face limitations:
Individual Company Migration - Companies with compatible customer codes can still access Access Evo independently, even if the group as a whole cannot be linked.
Fragmented Access - Group Administrators lose the unified management benefit but individual company access remains available through separate Access Evo organisations.
If Your Group Isn't Eligible
Group Administrators continue using Paycircle as normal (no Access Button)
Individual companies in your group can still connect to Access Evo separately
Only the Group Administrator experience is affected - everyone else gets the new features
User Account Linking
If you have multiple Paycircle accounts (admin accounts for different companies), link them to one Access Identity email before enabling Evo features. This prevents duplicate user records and ensures seamless navigation.
What Data Gets Shared
Between Paycircle and Access Evo, we only sync:
First and last names
Email addresses (your login email, not contact details)
User roles
No payroll data, salary information, or confidential details are shared.
