This process allows for a seamless consolidation of your Paycircle and Access accounts under a single, unified login.
Unlink Access Account
To consolidate your accounts under a single Access Identity profile, you may first need to remove an existing Identity link from one of your other accounts.
To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Settings, then click Admins.
Next to the relevant profile, click the action cog ⚙️
Click Unlink Access Account.
Link Paycircle Accounts
Once unlinked, you have two options:
Sign into the user profile and migrate to Access Identity by choosing the option to sign into an existing Access Identity account (rather than creating a new one), or
Go to Manage Linked Accounts and link the now unlinked Paycircle account to your existing Access Identity profile. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click the person icon in the top right, then click Account settings.
Click Add linked account.
Enter your Username and Password.
