In the Paycircle Payroll and Pay Portal, you can link or unlink accounts as required. This lets you manage multiple accounts more easily.
Key rules
If you're signed into an account that's migrated to Access Identity, you can't link it to an account that’s already linked to a different Access Identity account.
You can link a migrated Access Identity account to one that hasn’t migrated yet. This automatically switches the non-migrated account to Access Identity.
If you're signed into an account that hasn't migrated yet and attempt to link it to one that has, you need to log into the migrated account through Access Identity first to complete the link.
If you have multiple admin accounts in Paycircle, you can consolidate them under a single identity by using the same email address.
This also applies if you have both an Admin and an Employee account, using the same email will unify access under one identity.
Link an account
To link an account in Paycircle, follow the steps below.
In your Pay Portal, click the user menu then click Link an account.
Enter the username of the account you need to link.
Click Continue then enter the password.
Click Link Account.
If you're logged into an account that hasn't migrated to Access Identity yet, and the account you're attempting to link has migrated, you need to sign into that account instead. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Sign in to my Access account then enter your email address.
Enter your password then click Sign in.
Note: When you do this, you'll be logged into the account you were trying to link, and your previous account will automatically switch over and be linked to your Access account.
