Change the linked Access Identity account for an administrator

Change which Access Identity account links to the Paycircle administrator user account.

If you need to change which Access Identity account links to a Paycircle administrator user, you need to clear the migration data for that user.

Prerequisites

  • You must be a super user, bureau administrator, group administrator or company administrator.

  • You must have the 'Access & Permissions' and 'Add & delete team members' permissions assigned to your role.

Administrators

Bureau administrators

  1. Click Bureau Settings then click Admins.

  2. Next to the relevant administrator, click the Action cog .

  3. Click Unlink Access Account.

Group administrators

  1. Click Company Groups.

  2. Next to the relevant company group, click the Action cog .

  3. Click Manage Admins.

  4. Next to the relevant administrator, click the Action cog .

  5. Click Unlink Access Account.

Company administrators

  1. Open the relevant payroll company then click Settings.

  2. Click Admins.

  3. Next to the relevant administrator, click the Action cog .

  4. Click Unlink Access Account.

Note: If the administrator user also has a team member profile, clear their team member migration data.
