If you need to change which Access Identity account links to a Paycircle administrator user, you need to clear the migration data for that user.
Prerequisites
You must be a super user, bureau administrator, group administrator or company administrator.
You must have the 'Access & Permissions' and 'Add & delete team members' permissions assigned to your role.
Administrators
Bureau administrators
Click Bureau Settings then click Admins.
Next to the relevant administrator, click the Action cog
.
Click Unlink Access Account.
Group administrators
Click Company Groups.
Next to the relevant company group, click the Action cog
.
Click Manage Admins.
Next to the relevant administrator, click the Action cog
.
Click Unlink Access Account.
Company administrators
Open the relevant payroll company then click Settings.
Click Admins.
Next to the relevant administrator, click the Action cog
.
Click Unlink Access Account.
Note: If the administrator user also has a team member profile, clear their team member migration data.
