Error: No option to unlink a user's Paycircle account from their Access Identity account

Guidance on what to do when unable to unlink a user's Paycircle Account from Access Identity

You may find an error whereby employees cannot log in via Access Identity. The admin user will see an "access account" on their team member profile, but the option to "unlink access account" will be missing from the action menu.

The solution is to de-register and re-register the user and ensure they know they need to complete the identity verification step as part of the setup flow.
