Error: Frequently logged out of Paycircle after Identity

Guidance on what to do when you are frequently logged out of Paycircle after Access Identity

Any user who logs in to Identity will be subject to the default 1 hour session duration imposed via Identity by default.

If you wish to change this, you will need to ensure that you have a domain policy in place and that a security policy with an extended session status is assigned.

To action the extended session status, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to Identity.

  2. Click Security Policies.

  3. Under the Session area, use the "Access tokens expire after" drop down to your preferred maximum.

  4. Click Save.
