No option to unlink a user's Paycircle account from their Access Identity account

You may encounter an issue where employees are unable to log in via Access Identity. The admin user will see an Access account on their team member profile, but the option to unlink Access account will be missing from the action menu.

The solution is to un-register and re-register the user, ensuring they are aware that they need to complete the identity verification step as part of the setup flow.
