The Payroll Calculation and Smart View Feed item is a feed item that will appear in Access Evo Feed. This provides a unified notification letting you know that:
Your payroll has been successfully calculated.
Smart View features are now available for review.
How does it work?
The notification will appear immediately after:
You complete the payroll calculation for a company.
The payroll engine locks the calculated payroll.
Smart View dashboard generates insights for the period.
It confirms that the payroll calculation is complete and that Smart View features are ready to use, as well as directly linking you to the relevant area of Paycircle to view these.
📌 Note: The notification will mention that Payroll is locked, meaning you won't be able to apply further changes to the calculated payroll. You can still review Smart View insights and analytics and action draft payslips if needed.
