Team member salary cost splits: The salary cost splits feature enables precise allocation of team members' costs across multiple categories, supporting percentage-based splits for PAYE and ‘Off-payroll’ employment types, including both main and additional posts, and allowing multiple splits within a single category type.

Adding cost splits in bulk- This feature enables payroll admins to efficiently add team members to business categories in bulk by configuring percentage-based cost splits. It saves these splits to each team member's profile, replacing any existing splits for the selected category. If a team member is reassigned to a new category during this process, the previous assignment is overwritten, ensuring accurate cost reporting.

Hourly paid business category override - This functionality allows payroll admins to override business categories for hourly paid team members, ensuring accurate cost allocation in journals by assigning 100% of costs to selected categories. It applies to both active and new team members, enabling overrides for standard and additional hourly rates.

Pay element business category override – This allows payroll administrators to override business categories and allocate 100% of costs to selected categories, ensuring accurate cost allocations in journals. The override can be applied to the current period, future changes, payment after leaving, and supplementary pay runs.

Subcode overrides for pension schemes – This enables payroll administrators to add nominal code overrides for each pension scheme within a business category, ensuring precise allocation of pension-related costs in journals.
