Key updates
We've added new blocks for the following items in the Company Settings permissions group:
Pension Settings
Employee Portal
Imports
Files
International (included when the Expats module is enabled)
Default settings
All newly added items are checked by default, allowing for easy access. Admin users have the flexibility to uncheck these items if they need to restrict access.
Customer value
Providing customers with controlled access to specific areas of the payroll system empowers them to efficiently complete or update the necessary settings. This capability enhances user confidence, reduces the likelihood of errors, and fosters greater accountability within the payroll process. By implementing these changes, we aim to facilitate a smoother permission assignment process and enhance overall administrative efficiency.
Here are the screens where the new permission blocks have been added:
Screen 1
Click Company Settings then click Add New Admin.
Click Customise permissions then select the relevant permissions.
Screen 2
Click Company Settings then click Admin.
Click the Action icon then click Manage Admin.
Screen 3
Click Bureau settings.
Under Roles, select the Company Settings permission group.
