Gender pay gap report

I would like to create a custom report for gender pay gap.

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average pay of men compared to the average pay of women within an organisation, across all levels of the business. To create a gender pay gap custom report, follow the steps below.

  1. From the companies list, select the relevant company.

  2. Under Reports & Journals, click Gender pay gap.

  3. Click +New report, then enter a snapshot date.

  4. Input a name for the report, then click Save & Next.

  5. Make any adjustments you need to before moving on, using the toggles then click Save & Next.

  6. To exclude any team members, click + Add team member then enter the reason for exclusion then click Add, then click Save & Next.

  7. Click Edit to override any values if relevant.

  8. Detailed information on each step is available if needed.

  9. To download this, click Download.

  10. To amend previous steps, click Back.

  11. The report will be saved for you once you click Close.
