Enhancements to SSO in the Transition to Access Identity
As part of our transition to Access Identity, we have introduced enhancements to Single Sign-On (SSO) to strengthen security and streamline the user experience. These updates will guide users as they move from Paycircle SSO to Access Identity SSO.
Preventing Paycircle SSO Sign-In After Identity Enabled
Once a user has been enabled for Access Identity, signing in via Paycircle SSO will no longer be allowed. This ensures a seamless transition while preventing any sign-in issues. If a user attempts to sign in with Paycircle SSO, they will receive clear guidance on what to do next. Messages will vary depending on their status and may include instructions to:
Sign in using their username and password.
Sign in with Access Identity.
β
Complete their Paycircle registration.
β
Allowing Self-Registration to Paycircle at Sign-In
If a Paycircle SSO user attempts to sign in but has not yet fully registered in Paycircle, they will now have the ability to self-register. This prevents them from being locked out once Access Identity is enabled.
