To help evolve the Paycircle login experience and allow users to access multiple Access Group applications with one set of login credentials, we're introducing Access Identity.

What's changing?

Once Paycircle updates to use Access Identity, there'll be a change to how you sign in. Once you've migrated your account to Access Identity, when you next sign in, follow the steps in the section below.

Note: If you have multiple admin accounts in Paycircle, you can consolidate them under a single identity by using the same email address. This also applies if you have both an Admin and an Employee account—using the same email will link both Paycircle accounts under one identity.

Access Identity SSO first-time login

  1. On the Paycircle login screen, click Use single sign-on.

  2. Enter your email address and then click Single sign-on.

Depending on your account type, you will now either be prompted to register your Paycircle account, or you will be asked to go back to the sign in screen and enter your Paycircle username and password.

Note: If prompted to register your Paycircle account, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your Paycircle account registration. This is a mandatory requirement.

  1. On the Paycircle login page, enter your username.

  2. Click Next then enter your password.

  3. Click Sign In and the following prompt appears:

'Do you need to set up a new Access account?'

  4. Click Yes or No as required. If you're not sure, check our FAQs.

  5. Click Sign into your Access account or click Set up a new Access account.

  6. If you already have an account, enter your log ins, then click Sign In. If not, move onto the next step.

  7. Enter your email address then click Confirm. This will be a unique email, if you require further information on this check out our FAQ

  8. Enter the verification code you receive via email then click Confirm.

Verification codes expire after 5 minutes after which you will need to click Resend code to receive a new one.

  9. Click Continue then, on the Access Identity login page, enter a new password.

  10. Click Set my password.

You will now be automatically logged in to Paycircle.

Note: Going forward, you will log in to Paycircle by entering your username which will automatically ask you to log into Identity via your SSO provider, as per the steps in the section below.
