To help evolve the Paycircle login experience, we're introducing Access Identity. When users log in for the first time through Access Identity, they need to create a new password.
Note: If you have multiple admin accounts in Paycircle, you can consolidate them under a single identity by using the same email address. This also applies if you have both an Admin and an Employee account—using the same email will link both Paycircle accounts under one identity.
Access Identity first-time login
When you log in for the first time using Access Identity, follow the steps below.
On the Paycircle login page, enter your username.
Click Next then enter your password.
Click Sign In and the following prompt appears:
'Do you need to set up a new Access account?'
Click Yes or No as required. If you're not sure, check our FAQs.
Click Sign into your Access account or click Set up a new Access account.
If you already have an account, enter your log ins, then click Sign In. If not, move onto the next step.
Enter your email address then click Confirm. This will be a unique email, if you require further information on this check out our FAQ
Enter the verification code you receive via email then click Confirm.
Verification codes expire after 5 minutes after which you will need to click Resend code to receive a new one.
Click Continue then, on the Access Identity login page, enter a new password.
Click Set my password.
Access Identity standard login flow
Once you've signed in through Access Identity for the first time, to log into Paycircle going forward, all you need to do is go to the Paycircle portal as you normally would and enter your Paycircle username.
You will then be automatically redirected to log into your Identity account, after which you will be redirected and logged into Paycircle automatically.
