To streamline the Paycircle login process and provide access to multiple Access Group applications with one login, we're introducing Access Identity.
What's changing?
Verification: When Paycircle switches to Access Identity for 2FA, you'll enter your 2FA code from your authentication method.
2FA Setup:
Domain-level: Domain owners can enforce 2FA for all users by setting a security policy.
Individual users: If not set at the domain level, users can enable 2FA on their own accounts.
Note: If you have multiple admin accounts in Paycircle, you can consolidate them under a single identity by using the same email address. This also applies if you have both an Admin and an Employee account—using the same email will link both Paycircle accounts under one identity.
