Your dashboard now makes it easier to track pending pensions at a glance. The Failed Pending List highlights any issues, while improved company filtering helps you quickly focus on organisations with pending pensions. Stay informed, manage issues proactively, and save time reviewing pension statuses.

Enhanced dashboard view

  • Pending pensions now appear in the Failed Pending List on your dashboard.

  • You can quickly identify if your pending pensions have failed or are stuck in progress.

  • Clear status indicators show you exactly where each pension stands.


Improved company list filtering

  • New filter option allows you to view companies with pending pensions.

  • Filter and view companies with pending pensions more efficiently.

  • Get a comprehensive overview of pending status across multiple companies at once.


Use the new features

To view pending pensions on the dashboard, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to your dashboard in Paycircle.

  2. Look for the Failed Pending List section.

  3. Pending pensions will now be displayed alongside other items requiring attention.

  4. Check the status indicators to understand whether a pension is:

    • Still in progress.

    • Failed and requires action.

    • Stuck and needs intervention.


Filter companies by pending pension status

To filter companies by pending pension status, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to your Company List view.

  2. Use the new filter option to show only companies with pending pensions.

  3. Review the filtered results to see which companies need your attention.

  4. Click on individual companies to view more details about their pending pensions.
