To view pending pensions on the dashboard, follow the steps below.
Navigate to your dashboard in Paycircle.
Look for the Failed Pending List section.
Pending pensions will now be displayed alongside other items requiring attention.
Check the status indicators to understand whether a pension is:
Still in progress.
Failed and requires action.
Stuck and needs intervention.
Filter companies by pending pension status
To filter companies by pending pension status, follow the steps below.
Go to your Company List view.
Use the new filter option to show only companies with pending pensions.
