What data is sent from PeopleHR to Paycircle via the integration?

If you are using PeopleHR, you may be using this as your source of truth for payroll data. Team member changes, New starter records, and ongoing pay adjustments will feed through from PeopleHR into Paycircle.

To view changes from PeopleHR in Paycircle, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the Team tab.

  2. Click PeopleHR Updates.

Changes shown in Green are successful, changes in red have failed and will require correcting.


Integration events

Any changes you make in PeopleHR are reflected in Paycircle via integration events. Each integration event contains fields relevant to the type of update.

Below is a list of the integration updates, what triggers the event, and which fields are sent as part of the event.
