PeopleHR to Paycircle integration Phase 2 is now available - the below sections detail what was included in Phase 1 of our integration, and what Phase 2 offers in addition.
What does integration offer?
One way integration from PeopleHR to Paycircle,
The integration can cater for multiple PAYE references,
New data transfers can be paused when payroll is being calculated,
What did we cover in Phase 1?
New Starter process
Employee details updates:
Personal details (e.g., name, date of birth, NI Number, bank details, contact details, etc.)
Professional details (start date, continuous service date, job role, department)
Mark as leaver
Basic pay (salary) creation / updates
The payslips are published in Paycircle Employee portal
What have we added with Phase 2?
Ongoing entitlements and deductions
Entitlements and deductions are fixed/recurring changes allocated to employees which can be an addition or deduction. Fixed/recurring items are pay changes that stick with the employee each pay period, and these can be things such as pension, benefits, car allowance, schedules etc.
One off payments
Entitlements and deductions are fixed/recurring changes allocated to employees which can be an addition or deduction. Fixed/recurring items are pay changes that stick with the employee each pay period, and these can be things such as pension, benefits, car allowance, schedules etc.
Bulk export
For new customers or customers looking to turn on integration for the first time, we now have a bulk export feature that is capable of sending over all existing employee data from PeopleHR to Paycircle.
What have we improved in Phase 2?
Department blanking
In Phase 1, if a blank department or a department that didn't exist in Paycircle was sent via integration, the result would be the removal of the department from the team member in Paycircle. We have changed this so that neither of these events will cause the team member record in Paycircle to have their department removed.
Improvements to employee mapping
The employee number in PeopleHR will now map to a new field in Paycircle called HR ID. This saves effort in having to update each ID individually.
What is not covered by the integration?
Move employee record to another Payroll Company
Employee deletion
Employee rehire
Unmark as leaver
Leaves and absences (holidays, sickness, maternity / paternity leave etc.)
Timesheets
Working patterns
