Invite team members to register for their pay portals

Invite team members to use their pay portal.

Team members will receive an email to let them know that their payslip is ready to view in their pay portal, once payroll is run. If a team member has not registered for their portal, they will be taken to a registration page so that they can register first. This happens automatically as part of the payroll running process. If you’d like to invite a team member, or a group of team members, to register outside of this automated process, you can do so at any time.

Inviting a team member to register

To invite a team member to register for their Pay Portal, follow the steps below.

  1. From the company view, click the Team tab, and click on the action cog ⚙️ against the team member you wish to invite.

  2. Click on the Invite to register option.

  3. If the team member doesn’t have an email address saved in their profile, you will need to enter an address before you can trigger the email. Once entered, click Send invite.

Inviting team members to register in bulk

To invite more than one team member to register at once, follow the steps below.

  1. In the Team tab, check the tick boxes against the relevant team members.

  2. If you wish to invite the whole team, click on check the tick box above the team members to select them all.

  3. Click the blue bulk Actions menu, select the option to Invite to register.

Any team members who are already registered for their pay portals will be skipped, as will any team members who don’t have an email address in their profile.
