Turn off RTI submissions

Some companies will not require RTI submissions to be sent to HMRC. Within Paycircle, if a company has the Payroll module enabled, RTI submission files will be automatically be sent to HMRC when you run payroll. This can be turned off on a company basis, where required.

To turn off the automatic RTI submissions to HMRC when you run payroll, follow the steps below.

  1. As a Paycircle admin, click Settings then click Payroll settings.

  2. Navigate to the References and updates section, then next to RTI submissions, click Edit.

  3. Turn the RTI submissions toggle off, then click Save.
