You may have a default set of changes that you use for team members. These adjustments may include a universal value for all team members, or a value that you customise for individuals. You can set these adjustments up as link elements then assign to team members as link rates.
Add link elements
Click Settings then within Payroll settings, click Pay elements.
Click the Link elements tab then click Add link element.
Enter a name then select the relevant pay element.
To add a global rate, switch on the Add global rate toggle.
When you enable this, the global rate is available when adding link rates to team members. If you don't add a global rate, you need to set the rate for each team member.Set the multiplier value then click Save.
Duplicate a link element
Click Settings then within Payroll settings, click Pay elements.
Click the Link elements tab then for the relevant link, click the action cog ⚙️.
Click Duplicate then give the link element a name.
Set the multiplier values then click Save.
Update a link element
Click Settings then within Payroll settings, click Pay elements.
Click the Link elements tab then for the relevant link, click the action cog ⚙️.
Click Edit then make the necessary changes.
Click Save.
Delete a link element
Note: You can't delete in-use link elements.
Click Settings then within Payroll settings, click Pay elements.
Click the Link elements tab then for the relevant link, click the action cog ⚙️.
Click Delete then, to confirm, click Delete..
