In this article, we explain how to check and change your pension settings for re-enrolment.

  1. Click Pensions then click the provider's action cog βš™οΈ.

  2. Click Pension settings then under Staging and re-enrolment, click Edit.

  3. Make the required changes then click Save.

The re-enrolment window sits three months on either side of your staging date. For example, a staging date of 1 October 2020 has a re-enrolment window between 1 July 2023 and 1 January 2024.

You can set whether team members who've recently opted out of their workplace pension get automatically re-assessed and re-enrolled during the re-enrolment process.

If you haven't disabled pension communications, when the re-enrolment is complete, your team members receive communications automatically.
