Paycircle does not currently have a history tab displaying all historic re-enrolment dates. The next re-enrolment is instead generated based on the staging date which has been entered. As such, it is not possible to correct a previously entered re-enrolment date.

We do have a future enhancement that is under review for allowing more granular control over and display of historic re-enrolment dates, which will result in the next re-enrolment validating using the last re-enrolment date. However, this is in the review stage it is not currently functionality currently available.

Note: You are responsible for ensuring that the next re-enrolment date entered is in line with The Pension Regulator legislation. We cannot take responsibility if you enter a date value that does not meet the legislative criteria.

You will not be able to change any other details on this flyout whilst the workaround is applied, as the form will fail validation and will prevent you from saving the changes.

If you need to change or correct the next re-enrolment date, a workaround is available.

Apply the workaround

Within the relevant company record:

  1. Click Pensions

  2. Click the action cog βš™οΈ on the top right of the relevant pension record card

  3. Click Pension Settings

  4. Scroll down to Staging and re-enrolment and click Edit

  5. Change the Next re-enrolment date value to your required value and click Save

    • Note: Do not click outside of the date field before clicking save, as this will cause the form to validate your change and potentially error.

The Next re-enrolment date will now be updated to your entered value.
