There may be occasions when you need to remove a company; it may have been set up in error or moved to a different platform. To delete a company, follow the steps below.
📌Note: If the company is live and has completed any live submissions, you won’t be able to delete it. If all the periods run as test periods, however, you can perform a rollback, then delete the company.
To delete a company that has never had any periods run, follow the steps below.
Click the Companies tab, then locate the relevant company.
Click the action cog ⚙️, then click Company overview.
Click the action cog ⚙️ in the top right, then click Delete company.
