Sometimes a certain company, or a set of companies, will need to be hidden from an admin. Often, this will be the internal payroll, which most normal employees shouldn’t be able to see. Within Paycircle, you can manage the visibility to specific companies for an individual admin. To do this, watch the video or follow the steps below.
Manage the visibility of a company
To manage the visibility of a company for an admin, or multiple admins, follow the steps below.
Click the Companies tab then locate the relevant company.
Click the action cog ⚙️ then click Manage visibility.
To hide the company from an admin, untick the check box against their name.
Click Save.
