In Paycircle, you can trigger and apply tax refunds on demand, to whichever team member requests it. However, if you want to automatically apply a refund to anyone who is due one, you can set up auto-apply tax refunds. To do so, watch the video or follow the steps below.
As a Paycircle administrator, click Settings then click Payroll Settings.
In the Payroll settings section, next to the Auto apply tax refunds, click Edit.
Turn on the Auto apply tax refunds toggle then click Save.

After you calculate the current period, to view any auto applied tax refunds, follow the steps below:
As a Paycircle administrator, click Companies, then click the action cog ⚙️ for the relevant company.
Click Go to company then click Payroll.
Click Current Period then click the Alerts tab.
Tip: To view an individual’s tax refund, click the Team tab, for the relevant record, then click the action cog ⚙️ then click Preview pay statement.
