The credentials being entered are incorrect
The pension provider is not expecting the link with Paycircle
In the first instance, we recommend reaching out to your pension provider and ask them to;
Confirm the link between Paycircle and the pension scheme is expected and enabled
Provide and confirm the correct credentials that are required to authorise the link
If your pension provider is confirms the link for the scheme you are trying to link is valid and enabled, and that the credentials you are using are correct, please ask your pension provider for written confirmation of the above two points and then contact support, providing a copy of the written confirmation.
