The pension can become unauthorised for many reasons which not always Paycircle team can identify. Oftentimes the pension will become unauthorised for reasons outside of Paycircle's scope and will be a result of an issue directly with the pension provider such us downtimes and outages.

Paycircle will automatically attempt to re-authorise the connection 10 times every 24h. You can manually re-authorise the pension.
To manually authorise the pension, follow the steps below.
Click Pensions and click on the pension that is showing as unauthorised.
Under Status click Authorise button.
Enter the credentials for the scheme.
The scheme can take up to an hour to show as authorised.
