To check which user made an employee a leaver, follow the steps below.
Employees still on the payroll
Go to Team
Select Team members
Locate the employee and go into their profile
Select the History tab
Employees who already left
Go to the Team.
Go into the Leavers section.
Locate the employee and go into their profile.
Select the History tab.
Additionally, you can also run the audit report and apply a filter to specify which employee you wish to check.
Go into the company.
Go to the company's Settings.
Go into Reports & Journals.
Under Report templates the report will be located in the Custom tab.
Click on the Actions cog against the report and select Preview.
Select the date range you wish to run the report for.
Note: this can be run for up to 12 months.
Click No filters to apply a filter to your report.
Click Add and then Filter.
You will be able to apply a range of different filters such as Payroll ID, name or surname .
Once you applied the desired filter click Update report.
