If the company operates on a Ghost pension scheme, no pension letters will be sent to the employees in that scheme. Once the company is ready to start processing the pension, the Ghost pension should be replaced with an existing pension provider.
Once the scheme is set up with one of the existing pension providers, where applicable, the pension letters will be provided.
