You can upload external documents, such as payslips or certificates, to a team member's profile in Paycircle. To do this, watch this video or follow the steps below.
Upload a Document
Click Team, then search for and select the relevant team member.
Open the Documents tab, then click Upload files.
Select the file type applicable.
Same for all files categorises every file you upload with the option selected using the File type drop-down menu.
Different for each file type lets you categorise each uploaded file separately.
Give your uploaded documents an appropriate date. You can also make the document available in the employee's portal using the checkbox.
Click Upload.
You can manage uploaded documents using the relevant cog menu. This lets you download, update settings or delete the document.
