There may be occasions where you are provided with incorrect personal information for a team member, for example, a spelling error in their name, or an old address. If you have already run the team member on the payroll, any documents they have been given may include the inaccurate personal data. In these situations, it may be necessary to regenerate their documents.
Update incorrect information
Before regenerating their documents, you will need to update the incorrect information. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Team and select the relevant team member.
Select the Information tab.
Update the necessary personal information, whether it be their name, NINO, address, or any other data, by clicking the Edit button against the correct data block.
Regenerate team members documents
Once their information is up to date, follow the steps below.
Click Team and select the relevant team member.
Click the action cog βοΈ and click Regenerate documents.
Select all the types of document you wish to regenerate.
Click Regenerate.
View regenerated documents
To check whether a document is an original or if it has been regenerated, follow the steps below.
Click Team and select the relevant team member.
Click the Documents tab.
Note: Documents that have been regenerated can be identified by a REGENERATED icon, which, when hovered over, will display the date it was regenerated, and by whom.
