Compliance Pay Elements - Introduction of Benefit in Kind Refund NI Only Pay element
We're excited to introduce a new pay element, ‘Benefit in Kind Refund NI Only’, designed to streamline the management of National Insurance (NIC) related refunds for Benefit in Kind (BIK).
This new pay element enables bureau administrators to offset NICable BIKs against the existing ‘Benefit in Kind Notional NI Only’ element, facilitating more accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Ensures that NICable BIK refunds are processed with the correct tax treatment, preventing errors and non-compliance.

PHR –Paycircle Integration - PeopleHR EmployeeID Integration for Team Member Import/Export
This new feature enhances the import and export functionality for team member data by adding the ability to manage and update PeopleHR Employee IDs (PHREmployeeID).
This feature enables payroll users to export a full list of team members with their current PeopleHR Employee IDs, make bulk updates, and then import the updated data back into Paycircle, eliminating the need to update each employee record individually.
Value added
The bulk update process saves time and reduces administrative burden by allowing multiple employee records to be updated simultaneously, rather than individually.
The ability to validate and prevent duplicate PeopleHR Employee IDs during import ensures that data remains accurate and consistent across both PeopleHR and Paycircle.
By linking employee records between Paycircle and PeopleHR and streamlining the update process, data integrity is maintained, reducing the risk of errors in employee record management.
The process helps ensure that all team members have the correct PeopleHR Employee IDs in Paycircle.
