This issue can occur if:
You're not logged into Paycircle with the email associated with your Financials account.
You do not have permissions to Access Financials in the Workspace Members tab.
Check your email address
Your email address in Paycircle needs to match your email address in Financials in order to connect successfully. If your email address in Paycircle doesn't match Financials, update your email address in Paycircle.
Check your permissions in Workspace / Financials
You will need to have either the Administrator or User role assigned to your members profile to be eligible to connect to Access Financials.
Ask your Workspace Administrator to check this for you using the steps below:
Log in to Access Workspace.
Click the Members menu.
In the search field, type the person's name.
Click the three dot menu at the top right of the member's name card.
For Access Financials, in the Manage Roles list, select either Administrator or User.
Click Save.
