Whats new
We've introduced a new Average Holiday Pay Report to support accurate holiday pay calculations and complement the existing RHP12.07% functionality.
This report provides detailed visibility into gross holiday pay, basic pay, and any pay elements marked as ‘Holiday Payable’. Additionally, it offers insights into statutory leave periods and can be exported in XLS format for offline analysis.
Note: The average holiday report can only be generated when the current payroll period has been finalised.
To run the report, follow the steps below.
Within the company, click Reporting.
Find the Average Pay Report, then click Open report.

Export to Excel
Easily export the report for further analysis or recordkeeping.
Statutory Leave Indicators
Clearly highlights any weeks in which the employee was on SSP, SMP, or SPP to ensure they are not incorrectly factored into average pay calculations.
Average Weekly Pay Overview
Displays average weekly pay over the past 52 weeks, helping users calculate holiday pay accurately while accounting for variable earnings and leave periods.
Warning Message
To support accurate use of the Average Holiday Pay Report, we’ve added a warning message to clarify what the report does and does not include. This helps ensure users interpret the data correctly when using it for manual calculations.
Note: While this version supports key holiday pay insights, we are actively working on future enhancements.
Report processing and queue management
We have identified that this report utilises queued functionality for processing. This means that the report requires significant resources and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you experience delays when running the report, this is likely due to multiple users accessing the system simultaneously, which places your request in a processing queue. To optimise your experience:
Open the report and allow it to process in the background
Return to check the results once processing is complete
This queuing system ensures fair resource allocation and maintains system stability during periods of high usage.
