Job grades on additional posts

Additional post expanded functionality, assign a job grade to any post.

You can now assign a job grade to any post a team member holds, including additional posts such as a department lead. Each post can have its own grade, pay spine, and spine point, ensuring pay is calculated accurately across all of a team member's roles.


How to assign a job grade to an additional post

  1. Click Team Members, then open the team member's record.

  2. Click the Information tab.

  3. Scroll to the additional post, find Company Details, and click Edit.

  4. Select the appropriate Job Grade from the dropdown.

  5. Confirm the Pay Spine and Spine Point, then click Save.
