Automate P32 reminders

Activate automatic P32 payment emails.

The P32 payment email contains the payment details due to HMRC. To activate automatic P32 payment emails, follow the steps below:

  1. As a Paycircle administrator, click Settings then click Payroll Settings.

  2. Navigate to the P32 Payment section then click Edit.

  3. Turn on the Auto email instruction toggle.

  • Select the frequency you want to pay HMRC.

  • In the Date to send email list, select the relevant date.

  • Select that you understand that the email sent includes company-sensitive data.

Tip: By default, the email is sent to any company admins set up on the company.

  1. Click View and manage recipients then enter the first and last name and the email address for your recipients.

  2. Click Save.

Tip: To preview the content of the email, go to Payroll settings then click Preview email. Alternatively, head to your company settings then navigate to the email notifications area.
