How do I set up a loan?

To add repayment schedules, for example, a company loan, to a team memberโ€™s record, watch the video or follow the steps below.

Add a repayment schedule

  1. Click Team then, for the relevant team member, click the action cog โš™๏ธ.

  2. Click Repayment schedule then select one of the following:

    • Cycle to Work scheme.

    • Season Ticket loan.

    • Company loan.

  3. Enter the total loan amount and the amount paid so far.

  4. Select the period you want to begin taking deductions in.

  5. Select one of the following:

    • Take a fixed deduction each period.

    • Split the deductions evenly over several periods.

  6. If required, add a payslip label to the repayment schedule.

  7. If you have a company pension, and the repayment schedule is a Cycle to Work scheme, select the pension treatment.

  8. Click Calculate schedule.

View the repayment schedule

  1. Click Team then click the relevant team member.

  2. Click the Schedules tab then click the relevant repayment schedule
