When you set up a journal, you can import business categories. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Settings then, within Reports & Journals, click Business Categories.
Click Import categories then drag and drop a file into the importer.
Click the column header then click Map header against the relevant column on the import file.
To automatically map any column with a name that matches a header in the importer, click Auto map.
Click Import.
