To register a new admin as a bureau with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, follow the appropriate guidance based on your SSO provider:
If your provider is Microsoft Azure.
If your provider is Okta.
Once you have completed the setup of the admin account, the admin user will be able to log in using the Log in with Single Sign-On button on the login page. The user will need to enter their registered email address to initiate the login process.
Notes:
New admins registered while SSO is enabled will not receive an email or verification code, as their sign-on will be authenticated directly through your SSO provider.
When SSO is enabled, your admins must have a unique email address in Paycircle in order for the sign-in to work correctly.
