Disable employee payslips

I do not want my employee's to receive payslips

In some instances, you may wish for team members not to receive payslips through the Paycircle employee portal.

Note: Emails to team members will be disabled. Turning on PayDashboard file creation means that pay day emails, and all other system notifications, to team members will be disabled and they won't be able to access their user portal. If you wish to turn PayDashboard file creation off later, these emails will be re-enabled.

To disable the payslips, follow the steps below.

  1. From your company, click Settings, then click Payroll settings.

  2. Next to PayDashboard file creation, click Edit.

  3. Turn on the PayDashboard file creation toggle. Turning this on means that a PayDashboard XML file will be created each time you approve payroll.

  4. Click Save.
