A tronc scheme is a special pay arrangement that lets businesses who take tips, gratuities and service charges from customers, distribute these to staff in a fair and cost-effective way.
Paycircle doesn't currently support dedicated management of tips or tronc schemes. As a workaround, you can make use of the tax only pay element to pay tips to team members, as this pay element does not apply national Insurance deductions.
If you cannot see this pay element, check that you have added it to your element pack. If you do not have access to element pack management, please contact support.
