If you need to make a redundancy payment to an employee, you can use the Redundancy Payment pay element.
Note: This pay element will only apply tax or national insurance contributions if the payment is over £30,000. This is not highlighted in the base element configuration, but will be highlighted when applying the pay element as a change to an employee in the period.
