In Paycircle you can add Occupational Neonatal Care Pay with a pay element. To do this, follow the steps below.
Note: Make sure you update the reports pack the company uses to include the Occupational Neonatal Care pay element.
Click Payroll, then click Current period.
Click the actions cog ⚙️ against the employee you wish to add it for, then click Add Change.
Click Occupational Neonatal Care and enter the amount you want to add.
To make this payment as recurring turn on the Make this change recurring toggle.
Click Save.
