Warning: You will need to give the support team an advanced warning of this requirement as some development processes need to be followed for this to be actioned.
If you need to move employees between payrolls and have PeopleHR integration enabled, follow the steps below.
Make the employee a leaver in the period prior to the period in which they're going to be moved to the new payroll company. You will need to run the payroll to complete this step.
Add the employee to the new payroll company manually, either via import or via the UI wizards.
Raise a case with support, you must populate our Integration TUPE Transfer Spreadsheet first.
Ensure you make no changes to the employees being moved in PeopleHR until the product & engineering team completes their work.
The support team will let you know when this is complete.
